Mondays already get a bad wrap and this time the weather won’t help. A low-pressure system will bring rain, snow and even some freezing rain to the region. Already in the morning, some of the precipitation will be in the area. There may be some slick spots in the morning however most of the travel troubles will wait until the afternoon as the snow really starts to get going and has a better chance to pile up. Snow accumulations will range from 1-4 inches with higher totals more likely near the La Crosse region.
Temps take a dip again through the middle part of the week. Subzero temps greet us again Wednesday morning. But it won’t last. By the end of the week, highs are back in the 30s.
